The camberbert was cold so it didnt melt when cutting into it. I will always have my steaks done this way going forward.I was actually glad that the chef got my order wrong. I did not send it back, upon tasting it I realized that it was so good. I ordered the medium rare Camberbert fillet and received a rare fillet. Upon requesting the bill the waitress asked if I was celebrating anything special and profusely apologised abt the mishap and explained that she waited for the 'anniversary patrons' who didnt pitch(only to find out that the anniversary table was booked for me - the host just didn't take me to it - I don't blame her- it should've been noted ) the food was second to none. The one thats set up already with roses etc (kream always had made my anniversary special - i was there last year as well). Upon arrival I was not taken to the usual 'anniversary' table
Then called the next day to confirm.I spoke to Bontle (that's what it sounded like) at reception &advised it was for my anniversary.
This is not a complaint.I did an online booking for my anniversary dinner Just an observation for making a better experience the next time around.
